3. Service Bookings & Required Agreements
Booking Services
All Pet Caddy services are subject to availability and acceptance. Booking may require completion of intake forms and submission of accurate, complete information regarding your pet’s health, behavior, vaccination status, and care needs.
Required DocuSign Agreements
Participation in Pet Caddy services requires execution of the appropriate service-specific agreement via DocuSign, which may include:
- Pet Boarding Agreement (for boarding services involving pets of various species)
- Dog Daycare Agreement (for dog-only daycare services)
- Dog Training Agreement (for dog training programs)
Each agreement applies only to the services it covers.
By booking services and signing the applicable DocuSign agreement, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The signed DocuSign agreement is a binding legal contract
- It governs all terms related to the applicable service, including but not limited to:
- Payment terms
- Cancellation and refund policies
- Liability waivers and indemnification
- Emergency veterinary authorization
- Behavioral requirements and safety policies
- Arbitration and dispute resolution
4. Priority of Agreements
If there is any conflict or inconsistency between this website and a signed DocuSign agreement, the signed DocuSign agreement shall control and supersede all website content.
Website content is provided for general reference only and does not replace or override the terms of any executed service agreement.
5. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility are not governed by this website.
All payment, cancellation, and refund terms are outlined exclusively in the applicable signed DocuSign service agreement provided at the time of booking.
By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that:
- Those terms are final and enforceable
- Refunds or credits are issued only as permitted under the signed agreement

6. Pet Health, Behavior & Eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your pet:
- Meets all vaccination and health requirements for the applicable service
- Is free from contagious illness at the time of drop-off
- Has all relevant medical, behavioral, or dietary needs disclosed in advance
Dog daycare and training services are limited to dogs only and may include additional behavioral or temperament requirements, as outlined in the applicable agreement.
Pet boarding services may accommodate other types of pets, subject to approval and the terms of the boarding agreement.
7. Emergency Care Authorization
If your pet requires emergency veterinary care while in our care, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, you authorize Pet Caddy to seek veterinary treatment in accordance with the applicable signed DocuSign agreement.
You remain financially responsible for all veterinary expenses incurred.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements—is the property of Pet Caddy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute Site content without prior written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Site or services, you agree to that policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will be error-free or fully current at all times.
Nothing on this Site should be relied upon as a substitute for the terms contained in a signed service agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability

12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes, claims, or issues related to Pet Caddy services are subject to the arbitration provisions contained in the applicable signed DocuSign service agreement. Those provisions govern and supersede any general dispute language on this Site.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
